This beautiful villa, Orvas Villa 106, is set on a spacious plot of 930 m², featuring a 200 m² living area that spans a ground and a first floor. This Trogir vacation rental offers a private 70 m² heated pool surrounded by deck chairs, canopies, umbrellas, outdoor seating, and a covered area with a fireplace, as well as a summer kitchen with a sink. The roof terrace is outfitted with sofas and additional deck chairs for relaxation. Orvas Villa 106 boasts a luxurious interior with a private heated pool and jacuzzi. Inside, there’s a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining area, and 4 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms and showers. The villa also includes a laundry room and two extra toilets, making it ideal for accommodating up to 8 adults and 2 children on extra beds (up to 12 years old). The villa’s meticulously designed courtyard provides comfortable seating, deck chairs, canopies, and umbrellas, all surrounding the stunning turquoise 70 m² heated pool. Uniquely designed, the pool is divided into three sections with varying depths: a hydromassage area for relaxation, a shallow section for children, and a swimming area 9 meters in length with standard depth. An outdoor shower and a toilet are also conveniently located by the pool. The courtyard includes a covered dining area next to a traditional Dalmatian barbecue and a summer kitchen with a sink, perfect for enjoying local culinary delights. On the ground floor of Orvas Villa 106, you’ll find a spacious living room with modern, comfortable furnishings and a TV, creating a cozy space to unwind. Large sliding doors let in natural light and provide direct access to the pool area. This floor also includes a stylish white kitchen with an island and barstools, plus a guest toilet. The first floor, accessible via internal or external stairs, features four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds, en suite bathrooms with showers, wardrobes, and TVs.
