Spanning 140 m² across three levels connected by an internal staircase, Orvas Villa 15 is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests (6+2). The villa features a heated overflow pool with hydromassage, shared jacuzzi, barbecue, outdoor shower, and a spacious terrace perfect for summer relaxation.
The ground floor is the villa’s social hub, opening onto a large terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. A stone barbecue invites guests to enjoy Dalmatian specialties, while a shared jacuzzi offers ultimate relaxation. Sliding glass doors lead to the interior, where a modern living room with a SMART TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, and a wine fridge create a comfortable and stylish space. A guest toilet is also on this floor.
The first floor features two elegant bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a sofa, a designer bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and satellite TV. An additional bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom provides further comfort. Both rooms are air-conditioned and thoughtfully designed for relaxation.
