The property consists of 4 floors: an outdoor and indoor ground floor area with a swimming pool and sauna, the first floor, the second floor, and an attic.
The main residential part of this luxury Orvas Villa 24 offers 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, and 1 guest toilet, while each of the villa’s suites has one bedroom and one bathroom.
The ground floor besides amenities for an easy outdoor living offers an interior area perfect for entertainment by preparing some food&drinks and enjoying the music or having recreation. There is also a sauna suitable for 3 persons and a toilet for complete relaxation Villa’s first floor contains a modern equipped kitchen with all appliances and a dining area, continuing there is a living room area with a fireplace, a large sofa, and TV. The guests can enjoy stunning views from the long terrace on this floor. There are also 2 separate luxury suites of which each suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, double-bedded rooms, and en-suite shower bathroom.
