The town of Vrboska, a typical small Dalmatian town, known as “Mala Venecija” (the Little Venice), is a real treat to all lovers of cultural landmarks and natural beauty and address of our charming stone holiday home Orvas Villa 265 embraced by the forest, where you can enjoy the peace far away from the city crowds. With its 280 sqm of living space, consisting of two stories and a wine cellar, this property is suitable to accommodate up to 10 persons in four double-bedded rooms.
A large patio of the villa features an infinity pool of 30 sqm with a sea view and Finnish sauna next to it and an authentic stone grill. The wine cellar with an excellent collection of local wines is completely functional as an entertainment and relaxation zone with its kitchen, a convertible double couch, a billiard table, and a stone bathroom.
Entering the open-plan concept ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a sofa bed and fireplace and a beautiful view of the terrace, a dining area, and a modern kitchen. One of the four bedrooms with twin beds and a cozy reading corner with a couch is also on this floor. There’s a laundry room with a separate entrance is on the guest’s disposal as well.
The gallery which offers an impressive view of the dining area and the remaining three bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom with a freestanding bathroom has access to the balcony.
While staying at the Orvas Villa 265, you can have both a relaxing and active holiday by exploring the surroundings taking the biking trails, or doing some kayaking throughout the bay.
Parking for up to three vehicles is available at the premises, and yet if you arrive by boat, there’s a dock near the villa for docking sailboats up to 15m, for larger vessels, there’s a dock at the ACI marina in Vrboska.
