Beautiful and new luxurious Orvas Villa 267 is located on the edge of a pine forest in the calm village of Sveti Martin and only 7km from the picturesque town of Labin in the eastern part of Istria. This pet-friendly villa with a modern design will offer an amazing holiday experience on a plot of 1500 sqm with a living area of 320 sqm and will live up to the standards of any guests, even the most demanding ones.
A private hydromassage overflow swimming pool of 40 sqm with an outdoor shower, deck chairs, and parasols found its place in the center of the green courtyard. There’s also a terrace with an outdoor dining area and a mobile gas grill, while in the trees in the backyard, a children’s playground with a tower, a slide, and swings, is snuggled.
Entering the villa through the main entrance, you find yourself in the lobby of the first floor with two sofas. Continuing, there are four luxury furnished bedrooms, of which, three are with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. One room has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All rooms have LCD smart TV, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and own access to the terrace with comfortable furniture. A laundry room with all amenities needed is also situated on this floor.
A modern internal staircase leads you down to the open-plan concept ground floor, where there is a comfortable living room with a sofa and attractive centrally located indoor fireplace, which also serves as a barrier to the luxurious fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a pantry as a private wine room and dining area.
Additionally, on this floor, there’s a guest bathroom with a shower and washbasin and a wellness oasis with a jacuzzi and Finnish sauna, as a special feature of Orvas Villa 267. The other part of this area is a “fun zone” with darts, table football, and a billiard table.
