The idyllic village of Savudrija in the northwest of the Istrian peninsula, with its pleasant Mediterranean climate, which takes the credit for developing health tourism in this area, is the home address of our luxury villa with heated pool, near the sea, Orvas Villa 292. This picturesque place is also known for its rich historical background, dating from the Roman era, and also for the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic. This newly built villa spreads over a 550 sqm spacious plot of land, consisting of a basement and two floors taking 450 sqm of living space, and is suitable for accommodation of up to 6 people. The large heated pool of 75 sqm dominates the outdoor area, with a paved terrace, sun loungers, and an outdoor fireplace with a seating area and movable pergola. There's a large outdoor dining table on the roofed terrace, next to the ground floor entrance. A large glass sliding wall welcomes you to the comfortable ground floor where there is a living room with a corner sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a wooden sliding door separating the dining room from the kitchen. In addition, on this floor, there is an entertainment room with a PlayStation5 console and TV, armchairs, and a laundry room with garage access. One of three luxury bedrooms with an en-suite shower bathroom settles on this floor as well. The remaining two bedrooms with en-suite shower bathroom and king-size beds are located on the first floor of this luxury villa, which can be reached by internal stairs or an elevator. All rooms are air-conditioned and have underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi access. For all guests arriving by car, private parking in the garage is available at the premises. With the vicinity of the sea and the beach and the fact that the villa is within the resort, a lot of extra services are available for its guests with a surcharge for an active holiday.
