Luxury seafront villa Cosmic
This year our villa Cosmic finally opened its door to all looking for a unique and authentic experience in the Mediterranean fisherman's village of Sumartin.
With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is ideal for six people, but there is also an extra bed for two on a sofa in the living room for those groups of eight. On the first floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first bedroom, with king size bed, has an en suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and flat-screen Tv. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, and the third has two single beds. They are both equipped with air conditioning and flat-screen Tv. These two rooms shared a second bathroom on this floor.
The most striking feature is an astonishing view of the blue sea surface and island Hvar from the pool terrace in front of the house. This infinity pool of 50 m2 is only 10m away from the sea, so you have a feeling that the sea is at your doorstep.
On the ground floor is a kitchen with a living and dining room, from which you can easily access pool refreshments. Late at night, the private terrace on the first floor provides an extraordinary view of a starry sky. With the spread of olive trees, grapes, vines, and streets made of native stone, the island of Brač exudes the authentic Dalmatian spirit. Peace outside the urban areas is only part of the experience you can feel living in this brand-new villa.
