Located in the middle of Gorski Kotar on a property of almost 4000 square meters, this villa is ideal for a vacation with complete privacy throughout the year.

Villa Leafy Retreat delights with its Scandinavian style inspired by Nordic nature and is built like the original Finnish HONKA houses - from finest Finnish wood. It features a spacious air-conditioned living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has two single pull-out beds. Additional facilities include a sauna, a hot tub and playstation. The charming living room with a wood-burning fireplace provides the perfect atmosphere for long evenings in good company and a glass of wine. In front of the house there is a spacious terrace where you will spend beautiful mountain mornings with coffee and delicious food, in the fresh air and surrounded by nature. Outside the house there is a large parking lot, barbecue, badminton nets, and a playground for children, which is why this villa is an excellent choice even in summer.
