Luxury villa Vivere with heated pool
Villa Vivere chose for its location one of the most romantic islands in the world, the island of Vis.
The island, surrounded by the sea and bathed in the sun's bright rays, stands out from the crowd with its untouched and preserved nature, long-standing fishing history, and numerous other distinctions.
A view of Komiža and the blue Adriatic Sea can be seen through the newly renovated Villa Vivere windows.
The Villa was built outside the hustle and bustle of Komiža, which stretches under its feet and is surrounded by stone walls, which act as private guards.
On a total of 1000 m2, the building occupies 400 m2 of living space and provides accommodation for eight people on the king-size beds and two people on additional beds.
It extends over two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, each with an en suite bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned. This part of the house also has a well-equipped gym and a guest bathroom with a washing machine and dryer.
Internal stairs connect the ground floor to the first floor, where the kitchen, dining room, living room and fourth bedroom are located. The kitchen has all the necessary accessories for the unhindered exploration of culinary skills. At the same time, you can find a break from all your daily activities in the large living room.
There is an exit from the dining room to the outdoor terrace, with a 45 m2 swimming pool. The pool terrace is partially covered and offers an escape in its shade after spending time in the sun.
